The Cure for Zero Duplication? (Part 1)

There is a new marketing system for network marketers that is currently in pre-launch called the Get 2 System. While it’s still two early to tell whether the system will get my official recommendation, it’s caught my eye because it appears to be addressing the exact strategies I’ve started to implement into my network marketing business.
I’ve been noticing that one of the things that is plaguing the network marketing industry right now is a severe case of short attention spans on the part of most marketers, poor duplication, and information overwhelm. Let’s look at why this is.
If you want to build a strong, long-term passive residual income in networking (that’s everyone’s goal, right?) you need to join a company and dig in for the long haul. Most home-based entrepreneurs just don’t have the inner fortitude for that. I think a big part of the reason for this is the never ending stream of new opportunities, flavor of the months, and the constant noise and distraction that can grab of a hold of anyone attempting to build a business in the online world.
Let’s be really clear about something: If you want to build any kind of significant income on the Internet, you need to choose your income streams, put your head down, and get to work. You’ll be well advised to be VERY focused on the daily measurable action steps that are most likely to put cash in your pocket as soon as possible. Once this happens, you become invincible.
I can’t stress enough the importance of putting your “Internet blinders” on while you’re getting the initial momentum going in your business by getting some cashflow coming in. This is SO critical.
Once you’re starting to make money with your business you will be much less susceptible to distraction and self-sabotage, because putting cash in your pocket causes your inner belief system about your business and what you are doing to sky rocket. Suddenly you KNOW without a shadow of a doubt that what you are doing will get you to your goals because you are seeing the results in your hands. You’re on fire!
At that point you are best served by continuing to do what is creating results for you while getting your new team members through their initial vulnerable stage in their business by making money as well. Getting cash in hand as quickly as possible and assisting others to do the same is the best thing you can do to ensure success in your new venture.
So why do most marketers fail at this most critical step? Well, ultimately it always comes down to choice and self responsibility. But often we don’t really have a clear map of the dangers that await us when we are first starting our journey. Now that you know the importance of being lasered focused on the immediate goal of creating cashflow, and virtually oblivious to all other noise going on around you, it’s now your responsibility to apply this knowledge.
One of the things I that can hinder the initial goal of getting cash flow in your pocket is the lack of a clear, concise, daily method of operation that anyone can take out of the gate, with out getting bogged down in “Internet busy work” that will stop any new marketer dead in his or her tracks.
There is nothing wrong with setting up blogs, learning Google PPC, studying SEO, writing articles, etc.. These are all valid methods of lead generation that work. However, if you or your new team members are attempting to do the above activities as a way to get immediate momentum and cashflow into your business, you might as well close up shop right now. It’s very important that you understand that advanced Internet lead generation strategies are NOT the things you want you or your new team members to be focused on, at least not as a substitute to more immediate methods of selling product and bringing new people into your business.
It’s my firm belief that you’ll be best served by taking immediate actions steps in your business that from Day 1 get a daily stream of new people in front of your business presentation. This is the key. Whatever you do to grow your business when you’re starting out, the primary activity should be proven to be able to get people looking at your offer right out of the gate, not several weeks down the road once you’ve finally gotten Google figured out.
This is where the Get 2 System comes into play.
